Registered Nurse Qualifications

- BLS certification (American Heart Association)

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
L&D Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in the Family Birthing Center
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
- Assist with both routine and high-risk deliveries
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate and support patients and families during the childbirth experience
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
